Customers in the USA may pay using cash, check, or money order, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover cards and Pay Pal. We do not ship COD. Personal checks take up to three weeks to clear so take heed if you are in a rush for a birthday or holiday. For International orders, see notes below.

Customers outside the USA .....

We welcome orders from indicated countries outside the USA.

Please check with us via phone or email before placing an order.
Postage outside the USA is determined once we know your address.
We must have a persons name and a street address in order to ship.

may be made with an IMO, Cash, Money orders, and PayPal. We also accept credit cards from The USA, Japan, and Canada.

Shipping: We ship USA orders by UPS and Priority Mail and we prefer a street address.
Items going to military addresses, or P.O. Boxes must be sent by U.S. Mail.

Due to the many odd shaped, off world products we sell, your order may not all come in the same box or even on the same day. Don't panic! The rest of your order will arrive later. It might just be temporarily out of stock. If we can't fill an order within a reasonable length of time, you will be sent a refund.

Problems: They happen. If you do have a problem we will do out best to help you. The few that do arise stem 99% of the time from failure to read this section carefully, unreadable handwriting, or forgetting to fill out the order form (name and address, or forgetting to include ebay win # and descriptions with payment). Exchanges: Costumes may be exchanged if they are the wrong size, or defective, or if we send the wrong order item. Due to limited availability because they are no longer manufactured, you may have to choose a different color or style. Factory sealed, out of manufacture collectibles Toys are sold "as is" and are not guaranteed.

Moving? Be sure and let us know. This is important for those of you away at school, college, camp, or the military. We file by zip code so when you move we will need your old and new address and zip. If you fail to tell us you've moved, you will have to pay the postage the Post Office or UPS will charge us for returning your order as well as the reshipping costs.

Overseas and Canada:
We must have a persons name and a street address in order to ship.
We ship to Canada, Europe, Austrialasia, Asia, Japan, and the Caribbean.
Unless you are in the US Military at an APO or FPO address.

Once we know what you wish to order and where you live we will give you a total with shipping.
All orders must be paid in U.S. Funds.

Out of manufacture, factory sealed products, are sold as is.

New Eye Studio does not guarantee electronic products which are out of manufacture, or discontinued.

Costumes are not refundable for any reason.
We will allow an exchange for a different size if a costume does not fit or is defective.

When multiples of an item are available, we will pick the best for you.

DUE TO AGE AND RARITY, all items from the Rare List are sold as is. No warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied. Items removed from factory bubble packs or sealed boxes are not returnable. Rare list items are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
